Store Policy

EPICArt creates custom products that are made to order. All products are unique and produced only once ordered. As such, we cannot offer returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or you simply don’t like the product.

We do want you to be happy, so if there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please contact us within 14 days of product delivery. We offer a free replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error. In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.

Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, EPICArt will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
